Refund policy

Overview: 

We have a  7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request an exchange. WE DO NOT OFFER PAYMENT REFUNDS ONLY MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ttshape.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 472 9th St, Oakland, CA 94607.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Under certain circumstances a 15% restocking fee will be assessed that is non-refundable (this only concerns customers who have made purchases online).

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such a sale items or custom orders, if your product falls in these categories it will be noted on the items product page, and will be confirmed during checkout. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additional Information:

 If your exchange is due to a mistake on our part we will cover the cost of shipping for the correct item.

Should your correct item not be in stock you will be given the option of merchandise credit, or an alternate item of equal or lesser value. The request still needs to be made within 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLEASE NOTE:

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange and you still have not received your merchandise. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@ttshape.com.

Please be aware that due to a high volume of customer service requests please allow us 24-48 hrs. for our team to respond to your emails. More often then not we respond within a few hours however, 24-48 hrs. is the maximum time we ask that you wait for a response before sending us numerous emails please.
